Interior Design

Kim Bendillo joins the staff as Interior Designer and brings more than 25 years of commercial design experience, with a focus on integration of interior space and architecture.

Kim is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design. She has been involved in the planning and design for a variety of award-winning architectural interiors ranging in scope from 500 to 1,000,000 square-feet. Notable projects include the Strom Thurmond Wellness Center, Honors College Residence and Dining Hall, Patterson Hall, The Russell House at USC, and the Peace Center for the Performing Arts.

Off the Boards

Kim is a recent empty-nester, with her son, Nick, off to Auburn University, and daughter, Ellyse, a senior at the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts. In her free time, Kim enjoys oil painting, tennis and college football.
