At both USC and Clemson University, Terry also has developed various feasibility studies for both academic and athletic projects of various scales. In addition to his Higher-Ed work, his portfolio covers a wide range of markets including the Granby Mill Redevelopment; Chapin United Methodist Church Sanctuary and Children's Education Addition; Lexington Medical Center Wellness Facility; Corporate Offices for Coldwell Banker United, Realtors; and the South Carolina Realtors Headquarters.
