Pi Kappa Phi
Pi Kappa Phi fraternity’s new 12,000 sf house is sited within the University of South Carolina’s Greek Village. The two-story brick residence includes a large chapter meeting room, full-service kitchen, billiards room, chapter mother’s suite and accessible bedrooms on the first floor. Vaulted ceilings and lofted beds create spacious resident rooms along with additional support space on the second floor. The white columns and trellis along the front of the house create a welcoming and unique image for the fraternity while referencing architectural elements found within the Greek Village neighborhood.
