Trinity College is an historic 100-acre campus, established in 1823. Continuing the evolution of development set forth by the College's Master Plan, this proposed 400-bed residence hall serves to link the south edge of the campus with the neighboring residential and small commercial districts, while also preserving the rich architectural history of the campus. The rooms are grouped into 2-Bed and 4-Bed units, each with living and kitchen amenities. The rooms are organized around offset corridors in an effort to create a sense of community among groups of living units, and also to create more residentially scaled massing.
