AgFirst Farm Credit Bank

Garvin Design Group assisted AgFirst Farm Credit Bank in relocating their corporate headquarters in Columbia to an existing 1980s tower on Main Street. Occupying six floors in the 18-story high-rise, the upfit included new organizational space planning for all departments, complete renovation of interior finishes, updating of restroom facilities to meet current accessibility codes, and the upgrade of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. In addition, state-of-the-art audiovisual, room scheduling, and security access control systems, as well as a comprehensive furniture and building signage package, have carefully been integrated into the new Class A office space. The interior palette features warm neutral tones accented with millwork of various wood species, expansive interior glazing, and energy efficient LED lighting.
