Andrew Rogerson joined Garvin Design Group in 2013 following completion of his graduate studies at the University of Oregon, where he focused on sustainable urbanism. A Duck fan but a Tiger at heart, Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Clemson University. A semester abroad in Newcastle, Australia fostered Andrew’s love of surfing and scuba diving.
Andrew is one of Garvin Design Group’s experts in design for adaptive reuse and hospitality. Some of his recent projects include the Olympia Armory, Halls Catch and Halls Nashville, Gadsden Place, and 1649 Main Street.
Andrew is actively involved in the Columbia community and currently serves as the President of Historic Columbia’s Palladium Society. In his free time, Andrew likes to scuba dive, surf, and spend time with his son Porter and daughter Maeve. He also enjoys traveling to new places like Australia and the Middle East and hopes to visit his sister in Africa soon.
