Architecture

Hailing from Chapin, SC, Kelsey is a rising senior at Clemson University majoring in Architecture with a minor in Community Development and City Planning. Immersed in campus life, she’s actively engaged in the Clemson chapter of the American Institute of Architects Students (AIAS), the Chick-fil-A Club, and various intramural sports. A special birthday trip to Southern Living magazine’s Home of the Year and the illustrious Biltmore Estate sparked Kelsey’s interest in architecture. Since then, she has lent her creative prowess to the design of her family home. Kelsey’s pursuit of architectural excellence will take her abroad to Clemson’s Villa in Genoa this fall. She anticipates completing her undergraduate studies in the spring of 2025.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Kelsey treasures moments spent with loved ones. Whether it’s soaking up the sun at Lake Murray, embarking on a coastal retreat, or simply indulging in her favorite shows like Modern Family, Downton Abbey, or Game of Thrones, she finds joy in shared experiences. Among her adventures, Kelsey boasts scuba diving escapades in three different countries, cherishes the companionship of her three canine pals, and holds a special place in her heart for the graceful stingray.
