Steve earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee in 1976 and has been a registered Architect since 1982. Steve has more than 37 years of experience in Project Management, Construction Administration, and Historic Restoration of a variety of projects in both South Carolina and Tennessee. His work experience includes the renovation of the South Carolina State house and St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Columbia. He was also the Project Architect in charge of construction administration on USC Honors Residence Hall, USC Patterson Hall, USC South Tower, and USC Women’s Quad. Outside of work, Steve enjoys living at Lake Murray and boating around the lake with his wife Bonnie and their two Boykin spaniels. He and Bonnie like to travel to exotic places, but also enjoy their occasional visits to Charleston and the Isle of Palms. Steve is an avid Tennessee fan and enjoys wearing his Big Orange colors year-round. He has also been seen wearing a Santa suit around the office on occasion.
